Dash Of Ink is a private, 1:1 tattoo studio specializing in tiny, fine line tattoos in the north side of beautiful Chicago! Our premier Artist, Claudia, is a 10+ year Licensed Esthetician in the state of Illinois, 4x certified permanent makeup artist and 2x certified tiny tattoo artist! She has worked in medical spas, hair salons and plastic surgeon offices giving her the experience to provide the most exceptional customer service to her clients! ✨TATTOO CRITERIA✨ - 1/2 inch to 2 inch size max - Black ink only - Fine lines, minimal designs only - no large solid blacked out areas - no shading - no rib, finger or feet placement - up to 3 tiny tattoos allowed per appointment, total price determined after review (examples of what is not acceptable: bouquets of more than 2 flowers combined, animals with too many intricate details, postage stamps, etc. text or message us if you’re unsure and we will confirm with you) ✨HOW IT WORKS✨ 1. Request your desired date & time directly here. 2. Then fill out the form to describe what you would like to get. Please be as detailed as possible with your description. (the link to the form is on the screen immediately after you submit your request & in the email you get after submitting) 3. I will review your form and either approve or deny your request. 4. I will message you a few days prior to your appointment to confirm your design and give you a more accurate price quote. (THE DEPOSIT IS ONLY CHARGED IF THE APPOINTMENT IS APPROVED, THE DEPOSIT IS APPLIED TOWARD THE SERVICE) Group sessions of 3 MAX are allowed. Each person must book separately. Book appointments back to back and come in together at the first scheduled time. ❌ SHOP POLICY ❌ • NO pets or animals • NO children under the age of 18 allowed in the shop- no exceptions • Space is limited. No more than 1 guest With you - if you are coming with someone who is also getting tattooed, no additional guests with the group please • If you arrive more than 5 min early to your appointment, please text first before ringing the bell • If you are more than 10 minutes late, you are subject to cancelation & policy will apply • Must present a valid ID at your appointment ❗️IMPORTANT❗️ While we would love to service every client, there are some contraindications that we unfortunately cannot work past. Cancellation Policy
1. All tattoo deposits are non refundable for any reason. No exceptions.
2. Deposits are transferable on a case by case basis, not guaranteed.
3. No call/no shows are charged 100% of the service and added to our banned list. No exceptions.
4. If you cancel less the 24 hours before or cancel in shop for whatever reason, there is a 50% charge of the total quote given. No exceptions.
5. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you are subject to cancelation and it is up to the artist whether they can still take you or not.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
